Update~ Past week reflection & Naikan

Hello Universe~
Wow..thanks for the boat load of lessons this last week! I am feeling a little like I have sea legs..as I have rode out another storm! whew! All in all I am feeling pretty blessed. I started my Naikan distance learning program this weekend and the timing to this could never have been better!
This month is a month of self-reflection hence the title of the course!
So as I wallow in all of the things that I Am truly grateful for, I see that no matter how bad things are or seem to be, there is so many more things that I have to be thankful for! This is so hard to do when you are stuck the in 'muck' of the illusion all around you. Much like the lotus flower, as I emerge from the depths of darkness and murkiness I transform into an incredible flower.

I am so thankful for the people in my life that are supporting me and feeling my pain. I am so sorry to reflect my pain on any of you and please know that I am sending you love and sunshine. This last week has been about faith, belief, and so many of you bringing up the word survivor or survival. I even had someone bring up the movie Survivor, with Tom Hanks and the part about the ice skate. Yes the past week was about all these things. I read a lot this weekend and watched the movie "Dragonfly" with Kevin Costner. I bought myself a new stainless steel tea pot and some holiday teas. I burned my pumpkin spice candle all weekend as well as my St. Michael, the Archangel candle. I cooked a free range turkey and I will be making various turkey dishes through out the week! I just love this time of year!!!

I thank our Earth Mother and nature for the beautiful messages I have received. The magical Dragonfly is no doubt my animal totem at this stage of my life. I spent the last three days studying this amazing insect. Besides the fact that it metamorphosed from a water nymph to a winged beauty..it is highly regarded in Japan and amazingly enough Naikan, is a Japanese practice based in Buddhism. The dragonfly has been coming to me for the past six months and I was told he/she was trying to bring me a message. After my dragonfly adventures this past Friday...I have no doubt. The messages have been many and I know that I am on a never ending cycle of transformation. Between my Creator, my Angels, my guides, and Mother Earth I am truly a student of universal understanding that is of divinity and of love and of miracles!

Have a wondeful day..,and until next time be happy, be joyous, and be Blessed~
